- Your robot's Serial number
- For warranty claims: Proof of purchase (receipt).
Need to Initiate a Return?
If you would like to return a product within 30 days of purchase, here is how:
- Registered Users: Log in to your account and go to My Orders to initiate the return.
- Guest Users: Visit the Order Status page (top right) and retrieve your order using the email address and order number associated with the purchase.
