To find the serial number of your robot on the iRobot® HOME App, open the main page of the app, scroll down to Product Settings, and click on about “your robot's name”. Here you will see the serial number.
To find the serial number of your robot on the Roomba® HOME App, On the Product Details page, click the three dots on the top right to open Product Settings, and click on about “your robot's name”. Here you will see the serial number.

Your Roomba® serial number can be located easily, simply by removing the bin. With the bin removed, just turn Roomba® over and look at where the bin was located.
