Purchasing directly from our iRobot® Store, contacting our iRobot® Customer Care to place your order, or through the authorised resellers and retail partners, is the only way to ensure the products you're buying are worthy of your investment.
Note: Purchasing an iRobot® robot from an unauthorised reseller* will VOID the warranty. iRobot® cannot guarantee the reliability or functionality of any product purchased from an unauthorised reseller. iRobot® also cannot guarantee that the product being purchased is not fraudulent, counterfeit, or damaged.
* Unauthorised resellers can include auction sites, marketplaces, private or third-party sales, and other vendors not officially sanctioned through iRobot®. Although the product might look like a genuine iRobot® product, it will not be covered by the official iRobot® warranty and will not be serviced by iRobot.
Customers should also beware of purchasing unauthorised accessories, even if the product claims to be compatible with iRobot® products. Unauthorised accessories may cause damage to your robot. As a result, iRobot® will not service unauthorised accessories, nor will we service any robot equipped with an unauthorised accessory.

We regularly monitor the Internet, including auction sites, in order to protect our intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reselling, marketing or auctioning using iRobot® copyrighted items is illegal and can result in liability for damages and criminal penalties.
