Charging Error 120: All Roomba® Models

Charging error 120 indicates a battery fault has been detected.

 

Confirm that you are using an authentic iRobot® Lithium-Ion battery. Unknown charging errors can occur with aftermarket purchased batteries.

 

Remove and re-install your battery to resolve the issue.

 

If the error persists, contact iRobot Customer Care for additional assistance.

 

For expedited service, please have the following ready:

  • Your robot charged and with you
  • Your robot's Serial number
  • For warranty claims: Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice for purchase)
